My 4 Week Journey:
In the first week, I complete reading the whole program. I added a few exercises in my daily routine that I found in the 10-3-X workout program that comes as a bonus.
And for food, I have to adjust according to the plan provided in the main manual. I easily found all the ingredients from a supermarket.
I tried preparing some ‘recipes,’ and these are not bad in my opinion. They taste okay, not that good but completely doable. But some shakes I prepare were too delicious.
Overall, I feel lighter and energetic.
My result: I lost 2.5 pounds. That’s not significant, but I like the change in my body.
